netViz 7.0 Build History

The following enhancements and major bug fixes were made to the product in this update:

• Improved security for webView
• Improvement in the speed for database refresh when 'update' is checked
• Ability to connect composite keys to dependent fields
• Ability to make reference nodes stay hidden
• Fixes to corruption of projects due to interdiagram move
• Various graphic override and synchronization bugs fixes
• Fixes the crash when importing projects with macros

The following enhancements were made to a prior update and are included in this update:

• Fixed bug that prevented Drawing Import when using German version of Visio
• Added .INI file option not to place ~ symbol in front of DB-connected field values
• Fixed bug that would cause a crash in 3D after doing a replace type
• Fixed bug in the Spell check where it was replacing entire hyphenated word instead of only the misspelled part
• Fixed bug where netViz would crash when doing a 'Change All' in particular projects
• Fixed bug where netViz would crash when setting default size for nodes with graphic overrides
• Fixed bug that would cause a crash when deleting bend point in a line node that is connected to link
• Fixed bug that caused nothing to appear when importing certain Visio diagrams
• Fixed bug that caused free text alias point size being divided by 5 upon save in 7.0
• Fixed bug that caused a crash when resetting font on custom displayed fields
• Added the ability to specify any object field as a "user key", which causes that field to behave as a primary key
• Added the ability for the Spell Checker to check Custom Displayed Fields on nodes
• Enabled the “Intertree Go To” to operate in a PowerPoint export
• Added the ability to use Ctrl-Enter for custom displayed fields in dialog
